I am a queer, neurodivergent Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in the Hudson Valley. My practice is informed by a decade of working in community and Higher Level of Care settings, including The Door and The Renfrew Center. I understand that the personal and the spiritual cannot be extracted from the political. I approach this work grounded in a belief in liberation for all.

My approach is creative and responsive to what the moment calls for and pulls from my training in Depth Psychology, CBT, DBT and Relational Cultural Theory. Sessions may incorporate art, dreamwork, inner-resourcing, grounding techniques, and exposure exercises. I use a HAES (Health At Every Size) approach for those struggling with Eating Disorders and Body Image.
